A typical week for an athlete at Atletico Toronto is prioritized through training, this is a high engagement program which also requires a great level of commitment. Players can expect a minimum of 4-5 days a week with the ball over the winter months and maximizing at 5-6 days a week over the summer months

Winter Stucture
- Monday
- - light conditioniong and recovery, reviewing and dissecting game situations from previous competition, technique and agility, game situation (2 hours)
- Thursday
- - conditioning and agility , shooting and finishing, game speed technique and positioning, finish with conditioning (2 hours)
- Saturday (morning session)
- - personal or small sided training (1 hour)
- Saturday (afternoon session)
- -competitive 11 a side or 7 a side game (1 hour)
- Sunday (morning session)
- - personal or small sided training (1 hour)
- Sunday (afternoon session)
- - competitive Futsal (45 Mins)
Summer Structure
- Monday

- Thursday

- Friday
- - light shooting, conditioning and technique for the first half hour, open assesment game, extended cool down and previewing upcoming competition (2 hours)
- Saturday (morning session)
- - personal or small sided training (morning session) (1 hour)
- Saturday (afternoon session)
- - competitive 11 a side or 7 a side game (1 hour)
